Tickets for groups
If you book in advance for a group (valid for 20 people or more) by May 2026, you will receive tickets at a reduced price of €17.00 including 10% VAT tax. Bus drivers and tour guides receive a free ticket.
Tickets will be given to you upon arrival on Sunday morning (between 7:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.) at one of our ticket offices.
Please let us know whether you will arrive via Bad Ischl (B 145) or Liezen / Schladming (B 320/B 145). We also needed the approximate number of people. You will then receive a map of your ticket office via email.
The advantage of buying tickets at the advance booking office is two-fold: you receive the reduced rate and also can book the exact number of tickets on the day of the festival, without encuring any cancellation fees.
Arrival from Styria, Lower-Austria, Vienna:
Our ticket office in Pichl-Kainisch: Take the Salzkammergut Bundesstraße (B 145) past Tauplitz and Bad Mitterndorf. Turn right at the Knoppen exit. You will be directed to the ticket office opposite the Hofer grocery store.
Arrival from Upper Austria / Salzburg / Bavaria:
Our ticket office in St. Agatha: On the Salzkammergut Bundesstraße (B 145), you'll pass Bad Ischl, Bad Goisern, and St. Agatha. Drive past the gas station and the "Landhotel Agathawirt". Immediately before the start of the climb to the Pötschen Pass, you'll find a large rest area (chain assembly area) on the right.
