House Rules for the event

General

The house rules for the Narcissus Festival are based on and enforceable by house rules, as well as by private and public law regulations. Furthermore, they are based on the guidelines and regulations of the SPolG (German Public Prosecution Service) and follow the internal regulations of the organizers.

Scope of Application

The house rules are part of the access granted to visitors and employees to the public facilities of the Narcissus Festival in the municipalities of Bad Aussee, Grundlsee, and Altaussee in operation during events. They apply to the entire defined event area, including parking spaces, which includes the area marked on a separate site plan. The site plan is published together with the house rules for the event. These are valid for all events taking place.

Purpose of the House Rules

The purpose of the house rules is:

• to prevent endangerment or damage to people and property;

• to ensure the smooth running of events;
• to preserve the character of the event in the long term. Stay • Only persons who have a valid entry ticket or other authorization to enter (e.g. accreditation) with them or who can prove their right to stay for the event in another way are permitted to stay on the premises. Admission authorizations must be presented upon entry and within the premises upon request by the police or the security and order service. Proof of identity must be provided in an appropriate manner upon request.

• Only persons who ensure peace and order are permitted to stay on the premises. The following are prohibited: disturbing public safety and order; bringing animals of any kind (except for dogs with muzzles); harassing, frightening or endangering people; misusing alarm systems, emergency calls or distress signals; damaging or polluting the premises; causing a public nuisance or violating morals and decency.

• Driving and parking on the premises is only permitted with a special authorization card. The respective restrictions must be observed. Furthermore, the road traffic regulations apply throughout the entire site.

• Persons under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs are not permitted to enter or remain at the event venues, even if they have a valid ticket.

• Spectators must take the seat indicated on their ticket for the respective event. The rules stated on the ticket must be observed and complied with at all times. The designated paths within the site and its facilities must be used. Entrance Controls: Upon entering the site, every visitor is required to present their admission authorization to the security and stewardship staff without being asked to do so and to hand it over for inspection upon request, or to provide other proof of their authorization. This requirement also applies while on the site. Failure to do so will result in denial of entry and removal from the festival grounds. The validity and usability of the ticket are governed by the organizer's General Terms and Conditions for Admission Tickets.

• The security and stewardship staff employed by the event organizer are authorized to search individuals – including through the use of technical aids – to determine whether they pose a security risk due to alcohol or drug consumption, or because they are carrying weapons or dangerous or flammable objects. With the consent of the individuals, the security and stewardship staff are authorized to search clothing and containers they carry. Technical aids and devices may also be used for this purpose.

• Individuals who cannot provide proof of their right of residence, individuals who pose a security risk, or who refuse to consent to a search will be turned away and prevented from entering the premises. This also applies to individuals who have been subject to a national or international ban. Rejected visitors are not entitled to a refund of their entrance fee. Conduct on the premises

• All persons entering the premises must conduct themselves in such a way that no one is harmed, endangered, or – more than is unavoidable under the circumstances – hindered or inconvenienced. All persons entering the premises are requested not to carelessly discard waste, packaging materials, and empty containers, but to dispose of them in the waste containers provided on the premises. Strict attention should also be paid to the intended separation of materials for disposal. All persons entering the premises
